Mechanical weeding of the cavaillon. Maintenance of the inter-row by a plant cover and a superficial work of the ground, without ploughing. Mixed Guyot pruning, respecting the sap flow. Disbudding in spring, light trimming if necessary.

Tasting Advices
Fullness and elegance characterize this rich and lively cuvée. Opening with floral notes and a beautiful sensation of maturity, the mouth is rich, ample and well balanced. The minerality of the finish makes it possible to imagine beautiful combinations with seafood and poultry.
