A grape variety originated from the South-West of France but that futs perfectly within our soil, producing this structured and fruity rosé.
Vinified after a direct pressing, our rosé of Abouriou expresses all the typicity of this rustic grape variety through its slightly tannic structure and its sustained color. In contrast to the fashion of pale rosés, this cuvée cultivates its particularity.
Direct pressing, cold settling. Thermo-regulated fermentation to seek maximum expression of the fruit.
8 months in stainless steel tanks.
Light filtration, controlled sulphiting to stay close to the fruit.
At the estate in white Bordeaux bottles.
8°C to 10°C.
To be discovered with an aperitif, a nice grilled meat of character but also a refined summer salad. Gastronomic pleasure guaranteed!
